What are the payment methods allowed?
The forms of payment accepted are:
The payment on delivery upon arrival of the goods, with a € 2 charge, paid by the Transport Agency (only in the Peninsula)
Bank Transfer before sending the goods, without additional cost, once the order is completed we provide you with the Bank Account Number.
Payment by Credit Card , No additional cost. Secure payment, we transfer from our page, once finalized the order, to the banking platform of the payment with cards, in which they will ask for your data, to make the payment effective
Payment with PayPal It takes an additional cost of 5% on the purchase, which charges this payment platform

How long does it take to serve me the goods?
For shipments from the Peninsula, the goods will be served in 24/48 hours counted from the completion of the order, (from Monday to Friday).
In the case of shipments outside the peninsula, the time will be between 3 and 5 business days


With which transport companies do we work?
For peninsular shipments, shipments are made through the Urgent Transport Agency CorreosExpress .
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, the company in charge is < b> Correos España .

What is the cost of shipping costs?
In the case of peninsular shipments, the shipping costs are 5 Eur for shipments less than 50 Eur. For purchases over 50 €, shipping is free . In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping costs are € 10. In the case of shipments to the European Community, the shipping costs are 10 Eur. For shipping outside the European Community shipping costs are € 20
