Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Price of transportation:
Shipping to the peninsula is made by a company Urgent Transport CorreosExpress.
The delivery time will be 24/48 hours ( working) provided it is available in stock, otherwise, we will contact the customer to inform the approximate time it will take to make the delivery or how to proceed.
If requested before 5:00 p.m. , the shipment usually arrives the next day.
In the peninsula the shipping costs are € 5 for orders under € 50, for larger free shipping .
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra the shipping costs are € 10.00 and it is sent by post.
For the Balearic Islands and Andorra it takes 2 days, for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla from 4 to 6 days.
For the rest of Europe countries the shipping costs are € 10.00.

Warranty:
All our articles are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacturing. Damages caused by improper use or handling of the products are not included in the warranty.

Returns and changes:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.).
The product must be in perfect condition, in its packaging original and with all the documentation included.
The return postage will be paid by the buyer.
In case of change, the buyer will have to pay the expenses of the return and the new shipment.
Once We receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, we will accept the return of the product and we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount according to the method of payment made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product.
If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be paid on the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will request an account number to pay the amount. To make the change for another article, please contact the commercial department to study this possibility.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by Lanas Puntexsa
